Originally a Minnesota girl, I’m a graduate of the College of Saint Benedict, City College of New York and Cass Business School in London. My professional career has taken a lot of twists and turns from education to finance and back. I’ve worked as an English teacher in Taiwan, a high school teacher in the South Bronx and as a Corporate Training Consultant in London.
When I’m not coaching or writing, I love being in Paris, browsing bookstores, creating and testing new recipes in my kitchen, decorating my house and coming up with crafty things to do with my kids.
I’m a lifelong learner and I love sharing what I know with others. After practicing yoga for many years, I’m starting yoga teacher training in February 2013. I’m delighted to be able to combine these two passions and bring a little more zen and tranquility to the work I do with my coaching clients.
After living in London for six years, we recently moved back to the US. I now live outside Washington DC with my husband, Paul. Our family has experienced a lot of recent growth. We went from 0 to 3 kids in just over 3 years and like any fast growing entity, we’ve had our share of growing pains.
