Coaching

As a life coach, I am blessed to be able to work with incredibly talented, bright and passionate women and I want to thank you in advance for considering one-on-one coaching with me.

Why I Coach

I’ve always felt deeply connected to my clients and profoundly moved by my experiences with them but sometimes I still struggle to articulate why I do this work.  One day, I stumbled on this quote from Marianne Williamson:

… No one will listen to us until we listen to ourselves.

The goddess awakens in our hearts before she awakens in the world.”

And then it hit me. I coach for the mom (my mom) who always put her kids’ needs ahead of own.  I coach for my (former) corporate colleague and friend who sacrificed her health by saying “yes” to everyone but herself. I coach for my sister who is still seeking the answers to her own questions. I coach for the woman I don’t yet know who has lost touch with the deepest part of herself. And I coach for me.

Along my journey, I’ve had many, many incredible teachers. Some I’ve studied with more formally like Martha Beck, Susan Hyatt and Judith Lowe and others like Bryon Katie, Marianne Williamson, Cheryl Richardson, Kimberly Wilson and Brene Brown, I know only through their written work. And while this is by no means an exhaustive list –I am truly surrounded by brilliant women– each of these women I mentioned has awakened a part of me, taught me something about myself and helped me embrace myself more fully and that my friend, is what I want for you too.

Quite simply, I’m here to help you get in touch with who you are and what you really want. If there is one thing I really want you to know, it’s this: it’s up to you to define your ideal life.  You won’t find the answers outside of yourself. Believe me, I’ve tried. The answers are not in a book, your family doesn’t know and I don’t know what will bring you joy and fulfilment either, but I can help you create a life that reflects more of your values and deepest desires.
